The mission of Special Olympics Medina Ohio is to provide year-round sports training and competition. Our program starts with children age 8 to adults with intellectual disabilities. By using a variety of Olympic-type sports, our athletes are given continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness. In addition to demonstrating courage, experience joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
