KOC Free Throw Contest

The Knights of Columbus Special Population Free Throw Contest will be held on SUNDAY, MARCH 20th
It will be held in the gym of the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities (4691 Windfall Rd, Medina).
The contest will run from 1:00 pm until about 2:30 pm; please arrive by 12:45 pm to register.
The free throw contest is free and open to anyone with a developmental disability who is 8 years old and up.
Contestants will be placed in ability groups to compete; there will be shorter baskets available for those not able to reach the traditional basketball height.
If your son or daughter wishes to participate,
please fill out this form and return it to Amy Smith by TUESDAY, MARCH 15th. or fill out the form below.
You may attend the day of the competition even if you have not sent in the form below, BUT please call Amy Smith at 330-725-7751 ext. 249 to
let her know you are coming. T-shirts and other awards will be given to everyone.
NOTE: masks are to be worn at all times except during the actual free throw competition.
